A new piece of software called FairUse4M reportedly makes it easier than ever to defeat the copy protection embedded in music files designed to play on Microsoft software. CBS News technology analyst Larry Magid isn't surprised. He thinks that such protection schemes are useless and only serve to punish honest users while others can easily get around them.
