Im just getting caught up on some of the new music thats come out recently. So Im just giving Common's Finding Forever a good listen. One of my favorite songs samples Syreeta's Black Maybe. Syreeta Wright was married to my main man Stevie Wonder and in this track you can hear stevie all in it. She passed in 2004.

OK I guess my summer long vacation is over. Time to get back to posting here more often. I was looking over my last few post and I got a little sample happy. Sorry bout that. I really want this site to be more than that. So I thought I would post up a jazz flavored "End of Summer Mix". Its not quite a mix, more of just a few songs I was feelin at the moment. Well Ive been working my ass off for the summer so thats why Ive been sleeping on the podcast. I still got love for it, just really aint had time to get to it. musiclovr has been blowing up, if you have not checked it in a while I suggest you do. We were selected as one of the most essential websites by mashable.com. A huge honor. Hope everyone is having a great summer. Oh and by the way hiphop IS dead.
