This is a good recipe for how to write a tango. First what you're hearing is the midi demo of the tune "Sylviña" which I composed for an aerial act in the show. I named it for a girl on the big the show who did a fabric act. This is how I choose the notes. I'm playing it on the accordion showing the different possibilities. Finally you hear the recording of Cirkestra playing it in the show.
