Voyages of Vanguard #20

25/09/2007

From the dark and narrow slums of Khal, where one can find anything for sale ...  including one's soul. To broken rocky cliffs of Kojan, stormy and windswept, more than one ship finding its final fate Ending in the tumultuous twisting pathway from Kaons Rush, past broken rapids of white water, dizzying rushing waterfalls, ending in the torpid black swamp known for the cries of anguish and shouts of despair.

This week's show Troy has the great fortune to interview Jaye Wizziefingers again, and they talk about the really cool and awesome things in Vanguard. The conversation goes a bit long, since they were having so much fun talking Vanguard.  In response, Troy postpones the Highlight of the Healer Classes to next week and cuts his other features short.  To close the show out, Troy talks about his new blog, the Emerald Tablet at www.emeraldtablet.wordpress.com.

Voyages of Vanguard #19

18/09/2007

From the ancient stone vaulted arches and bridges of Thelaseen where even the cloying mist that shrouds the primordial columns of grey, basalt mark their age in millennia. To the stormy plateau of the Gardens of Xia Liu where thunder rolls across the heavens like waves crash along the jagged rock strewn cliffs of Martok Ending in the isle of Garuzamut where something is awakening, a life force that is so evil that the skies darken at high noon, where the rivers flow with ichor dredged up from some deep well within the forgotten Peninsula, and the adventurers blood turn ice cold in their veins!
This week Troy has the great honor to sit down with Jaye Wizziefingers and talk seriously about Vanguard.  He follows the lengthy discussion with his Shout Outs to friends, the Voyages of Vanguard Friend's Network; and Rumors, Tips, and Bugs on Vanguard.  Troy then has an email he talks about and continues with his 2nd of 4 part special on the Offensive Fighters of the Game.  He wraps the show up with his Brotherhood experience and briefly talks on his new blog, the Emerald Tablet.
