a strange sport (or use a non-televised one at least) and create a
training montage. Show us how much your athlete really wants to succeed.
You
can also quickly set up a rival that must be defeated, but really we're
going to be looking for the ultimate training montage.
Since
this is dangerously close to a 'music video' (which usually end up like
crap) PLEASE keep your video under a minute and a half total. No
exceptions.
Do not use "eye of the tiger" as your theme song. In
fact, the less likely the song would be featured in a real montage the
better.
